This is pretty straight forward. Remove the screws and carefully detach the existing heatsink. Note its attached with thermal paste and this stuff is a pain to get off.


Essentially, add thermal compount to the chip, lay the unit on top and secure it from the back with the provided screws and back plate.



Thats it, install it and the side plat for airflow.
